FAT DAVES on the Bonanza Strip is family run by "Fat Dave" who spends most of his time in the kitchen (cooking and sampling) and the boss - "Trim Tracey" - Just because your name is over the door doesn't mean that you are in charge! - Help is also on hand from Tracey's mum, Jean and dad Richard who is always ready to take your order (just give him time) - daughters Charley & Stevie have also been known to give a not too willing hand
