| who posted review 1 on | May 7, 2016 | and says, ''Moncloa, Spanish bar/restaurant, opposite Jupiter Apartments, used to be The Liffy, next door to Frying Scotsman, is beautiful and does lovely tapas. You also get free tapas with every drink. It just opened last month. The owners are lovely people and they used to own the bikers bar (on the left hand side of the road up to the pueblo, just past Tivoli). It has a beautiful sunny terrace and the interior decor is amazing. Can't wait to go again. The red and white Rioja are lovely too. Extremely friendly people.'' |
